Family Services is a nonprofit organization with the mission to help children, adults, and families throughout Tulare County heal from violence and thrive in healthy relationships. Our wide range of programs and services build safety in homes, in relationships, and for children through informed and compassionate care that helps people heal from trauma. Safe homes, safe relationships, and safe children mean a safer community where we can all thrive. Our core program areas include: Safe Homes: - Domestic Violence Services, including the Karen's House Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter - Supportive Housing Safe Relationships: - Mental Health Services - Sexual Assault Services, including Tulare County's only Rape Crisis Center - Outreach and Prevention - Violence and Abuse Intervention Safe Children: - Parenting Resources and Support - Children's Counseling Center - Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange - Goshen Family Center
