Eddea is a leading Spanish firm practicing Strategic Urban Design and Planning, Architecture,n Construction and Project Management. We find our way between Design, Technics and Business. We work to create the conditions for a new dialog between Society, Nature and Economy, through a holistic development targeting strategy. Working globally, and based on more than 20 years of experience, we offer the right combination of strategic thinking and Innovation, quality design and accuracy, to match each client’s expectations. Our team is composed by a staff of 60 of 6 different nationalities, led by a diverse team of partners that work in a wide range of projects. We all share ambition to change things and great passion for our work. Organized in 3 working groups, our projects may require the participation of all them: In CITYTHINKING we focus in the city as a superposition of simultaneous events, a strained network that links social, environmental and economic processes. Architects, Geographers, Artists or Sociologists, here we performance from Strategy Studies to reinforce Territories Economies, Master plans or detailed Urban Plans. The ARCHITECTURE DESIGN team aim to ensure the best architectural results in both traditional and innovative ways. We have an extensive experience in different programs (residential, health, education, transport, tertiary and commercial, industry, offices and business). The PROJECT MANAGEMENT team is focused on making projects happen in a friendly environment, with diverse and strict control tools.
