We are a multi-disciplinary practice working across urban design, architecture and art. We aim to undertake a diverse range of design work, whilst retaining a democratic and co-operative working process. Our collective experience includes; masterplanning on green and brown-field sites, urban regeneration programmes, mixed-use and tenure housing to small scale interiors and refurbishments that successfully meshes together client aspiration with stakeholder engagement. Our understanding of the many and varied complexities of any development site at the outset enables us to unlock the viability of schemes in relation to its context. As urban regenerators, we believe in testing the boundaries while being deeply pragmatic. Our practical know-how combined with theoretical intellect is integral to our design approach. Working across all scales of designs, from masterplanning to building refurbishments, we strive to create harmonious humanistic spaces that are practical and financially viable. We work with clients and specialist partners in a collaborative and flexible relationship from the earliest design stages. Our approachable workshops, working models, sketches and presentations help communicate our schemes to clients and other stakeholders in an informed and inclusive manner.
