After years of experience in business and global missions, the founding members of Davar Partners International identified a heartbreaking dilemma at the core of Bible distribution although people may receive text versions of Gods Word in their languages, they are often unable to engage with it simply because they do not read. Personally confronted by Bible poverty among oral learners, a small group gathered to pray, fast and discover an effective solution to this overwhelming obstacle. Davar Partners International then formed in 2009, resolving to make Gods Word accessible for people of every tongue. Sharpening our focus on recording Scripture is absolutely essential to answering the worlds need for audio versions of the Bible. As we evaluate the changing world around us, we observe new opportunities and rapidly growing technological platforms that allow the Word of God to reach an unprecedented number of people. Working with ministry partners who share our passion to eliminate Bible poverty, we are discovering new methods to increase digital distribution and availability of audio versions of the Bible. Venturing into a new era of communication, DPI will be able to dramatically increase the number of Bible recordings each year. We remain committed to the highest standards and as such we record according to European Broadcasting Standards.
