Most active across the APAC region with experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, and China. Daryl also provides assistance to companies of all sizes in the areas of leadership, business design, technology, strategy, innovation, corporate development and venture and strategic funding. Occasionally taking equity stakes in clients to assure alignment of outcomes. Operating in Singapore and throughout the region and globally, with experience and expertise throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. Our Principle, Daryl Dunbar is a master of business strategy and development in both large and small organizations, combining entrepreneurial creativity and pragmatic discipline. He has worked extensively with organizations ranging from start-ups to large multinational and not-for-profit corporations, particularly in the areas of innovation, technology, strategy, operations, business design, corporate development, and venture capital. He has broad international and multi-cultural experience in APAC, the US, Europe, and Latin America, having assisted public and private companies with portfolio strategy, market creation, market expansion, process development, and innovation across all areas of business. He lectures in the CIO Certification program at UC Berkeley and is the Strategy lecturer for International Management Education (IME) in Singapore, a regular guest speaker at MIT Sloan on innovation and on gaining competitive advantage from environmental sustainability.
