Candace House is a first of its kind organization supporting those impacted by violent crime by providing a safe and comforting homelike day refuge within walking distance of the Winnipeg law courts. We aim to be a focal point for victim services, providing practical assistance and access to holistic and culturally appropriate resources and education. Through collaborative partnerships with other services and programs, our purpose is to increase access to support and information for basic victim recovery needs throughout their interaction with the justice system and beyond.
