The CFL Players Association: -Represents active members in negotiations with both the CFL and the Member Clubs with respect to all terms and conditions of their employment. -Assure that the terms of the CBA are met and enforced. -Provides and administers benefits such as a pension plan, medical plan, insurance, and counselling. -Protects and attempts to raise the profile of players.
