Callidus Solutions Limited is a City based niche consultancy specialising in Financial Services and Insurance related regulatory, compliance and Company Secretarial work. Clients include Lloyd's Managing Agencies, Insurance Companies, Financial Services firms, cover-holders, Lloyd's Brokers and other primary and secondary intermediaries operating world-wide, both active and in run-off. We combine our Knowledge and specialist expertise with regulatory Strategies to deliver risk based compliance Solutions in seven broad service areas. Our services range from pure technical advice on an ad hoc basis, through project management of multi jurisdictional regulatory applications and other corporate transactions to the provision of a cost effective compliance and Company Secretarial resource. We also specialise in the provision of One Stop Outsourced Compliance and Company Secretarial services to small and medium sized firms operating in the London Insurance market. With fifteen staff and a number of Associate consultants, we are able to offer a comprehensive range of services to Financial Services Clients which include Professional Services Firms, firms undertaking frequent corporate transactions and prospective, newly authorised and established firms.
