The CALIPER Project is dedicated to drive a structural change process by implementing Gender Equality Plans in 7 Research Performing and 2 Research Funding Organisations around Europe, involving highest and middle management levels on these institutions. The goal is to make research organisations more gender balanced by increasing the number of female researchers in STEM, improving their career prospects and integrating a gender dimension in research. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 873134
