Belgian butter πŸ‡§πŸ‡ͺ Simply butter with something better 🧈 Stakes : Coming from a line of craftsmen, we have been specialising in working with butter for 4 generations (1910). Our project consists of revaluing a heritage that is increasingly being lost: reworking butter in a totally artisanal way, presenting it in different forms and flavours, but also proposing a butter that will follow a seasonal pattern. In addition, we would like to create a community, a network of ambassadors and people willing to help us make this project a reality in the long term, involving farmers, dairy farmers, artisans, restaurant owners and consumers. We want to put the spotlight on the people who harvest the milk, shape the butter and transform it through a unique know-how, but also on those who enhance its applications, chefs and anyone who has had a hand in making it. We also want to highlight the people who use the butter, the chefs and all those who have a culture of the table. We wish to give letters of nobility to Belgian butter by returning to the sources, the tradition and the techniques of yesteryear. The project is based on : 1) the artisanal production of butter to enhance your cooking 2) the creation of a 100% Belgian top-of-the-range chain to optimise the specifications of our pasture butter. Products : We work with a pasture butter that respects very strict specifications. It is made from milk from cows that have spent at least 120 days a year for more than 6 hours a day in Belgian meadows. These natural butters offer new opportunities to enhance your culinary preparations. Enhance the taste of cooking meat, decorate a grill or or enhance the flavour of a vegetable. In Belgium, we are the only ones to work with this pasture butter.
