Čakovečki mlinovi Group was established in 1893 as a milling company. Today the Group is one of the largest and oldest companies in Croatia. Business operations are divided in two main divisions: Retail and Food. The Retail division generates EUR 170 mln of revenue in 470 proximity and convenience retail stores located in the northern part of Croatia and at the Adriatic coast. We are a member of NTL (Narodni trgovacki lanac), the largest retail buying group in Croatia. The Food division consist of milling, bakery and oil production. Our two mills produce well-recognized Čakovečki mlinovi brand of flour (wheat, rye and corn). Total productions is 60,000 tons of flour annualy. 5 bakeries located in different parts of Croatia have combined annual production of 10,000 tons of bread, pastry and rolls. Oil production produces 600 tons of olive oil and 50 tons of pumpkin seed oil. In 2018 reported consolidated revenue was EUR 186 mln and net income was EUR 6.2 mln. The Group employs more than 2,500 people. Our mission and goal is strong support of our local farmers and food suppliers. Čakovečki mlinovi is a stock company whose shares are listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange with a market capitalization of more than EUR 90 mln.
