The Adaptas Leadership Method and Programme has been designed based on consistent behavioural and communication of managers and leaders, which we have observed and experienced over the past 10 years of working with individuals, groups and teams, across a range of organisations worldwide. We use unique and immersive game-based processes that combine the most up-to-date findings with tools and techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and coaching. All elements of this programme and the various topics within it, look to shine a light on the gaps and then support exploration, learning and practice to impact effectiveness, performance, and influencing.
