ACTIV Project Management GmbH was established in 1992 and is completely (100%) privately owned. Our company stands for more than 25 years of experience and extensive expertise in international project management as well as energy and shipbuilding solutions in Southeastern Europe. Our core competences in the thermal power plant sector include the project planning and implementation of complex power plant construction and upgrading projects. We have access to exceptional expertise and adjust continuously to the latest sustainable technologies. In the shipbuilding sector, we provide shipping companies and shipyards with innovative shipbuilding solutions, lifeboats and fast rescue boats in addition to the highest quality components and perfection down to the smallest detail – “Made by FASSMER”. We have been working for more than 25 years with people from at least 35 nations, in over 25 language combinations. As representatives of leading global corporations, we work successfully for well-known partners and customers in Southeastern European region.
