Our professionally-crafted video decision aids facilitate shared decision making for advance care planning, serious illness care and end-of-life care. Our patient decision aids are evidence-based, address low health literacy, and undergo rigorous review by leading experts in medicine, geriatrics, oncology, cardiology, ethics and decision-making. The ACP Decisions Video Library currently consists of over 350 videos, available in over 20 languages. The filming and production of all videos are led by Angelo Volandes, MD, MPH and Aretha Delight Davis, MD, JD, along with colleagues from around the country.
