Acorn Ergonomics boast a team of qualified and accredited Occupational Therapists and Ergonomic Consultants, trained to assess the specific needs of children in relation to their physical environment to determine the most appropriate furniture to meet their individual needs. At Acorn our goal is to set children up for success with functional ergonomic furniture that grows with children from as young as pre- school age. We are focused to improve children's health, posture, functional abilities, developmental milestones, educational outcomes and motivation to succeed. All consultations commence with an ergonomic assessment to determine the most appropriate furniture for each child. Once furniture, fittings and accessories are selected, the needs of the child direct the ergonomic recommendations made by our consultants to appropriately adjust the furniture. Based in Brisbane Queensland, Acorn has commenced with supplying fully adjustable children's furniture; desks, chairs, storage units and lamps by the German manufacturer 'Moll' - the only manufacturer who has developed an entire concept for the perfect working area, from the swivel chair to the light to go with the desk. Moll products are ergonomic and sensible, adapting to the needs of children and not the other way around.
