Accommodation and Care Solutions (ACARES) is a specialist rehabilitation care provider delivering high quality services since 2003. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year, our philosophy of care provision is based on providing opportunities to enhance the lives of individuals and deliver a seamless level of care. ACARES specialises in rehabilitation and independent living options, including both shared accommodation and individual units. We also provide respite services at various sites across Melbourne, allowing the opportunity to have a break and recharge. In addition to providing accommodation and respite care, ACARES also delivers in home support to clients within the aged and disability sector. We will work in partnership with your therapy team to deliver all attendant care and therapy needs. Each program will be uniquely developed and tailored to the individuals needs. Our support workers are industry professionals who undergo regular training and development to ensure that the services delivered meet your specific needs and preferences.
