About us We specialize in the development of rental space for light manufacturing, logistics and e-commerce. We invest in first-class manufacturing and storage facilities in high-potential locations, and we lease our properties to market leaders. Our tenants include DHL, Tchibo, KION Group, ZF TRW, Oponeo, AutoDoc, DPD, DB Schenker, Pierce, Expondo, Gates, Vive Group, Iveco, Swiss Krono, Dachser and many other globally recognized brands. In more than six years of existence, we have built up a commercial property portfolio of over 1.1 million m² across the Czech Republic and Poland. In 2018, we decided to invest in industrial projects also in Germany. The value of our portfolio increased to EUR 827 million at the end of 2018. Innovation is our highest priority; we pursue projects that meet the highest technological standards while leaving the smallest environmental footprint. All our upcoming projects meet the requirements for BREEAM certification, which mainly assesses the environmental impact of the building and the quality of the working conditions, at least to the standard Good. In 2018, the Estée Lauder distribution centre operated by DHL in Cheb was awarded the BREEAM Excellent certificate, making it one of the best-rated buildings in Central Europe. We finance not only the development of new projects but also the redevelopment of brownfields, to which we give a new face and make them relevant again in the industrial market. Our projects include the redevelopment the old Messerschmitt factory in Szczecin and the former chemical plant in Bydgoszcz. At the end of 2017, we decided to invest in one of the key infrastructures in Central Europe and acquired the operator of the second largest airport in the Czech Republic in Brno-Tuřany. Since 2018 we have been a proud partner of the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. In the future, we plan to build a facility for the development and certification of self-driving vehicles in Stříbro in Western Bohemia.
