We can handle materials ranging from natural and synthetic polymers, composites, thin films and membranes, foodstuffs, pharmaceutics, joining technologies, etc. etc. Relaxation profile, either mechanical or electrical are possible at temperatures from -180 to 400 degsC and humidities from 5% to 100% (temps and humidities all dependant on materials being tested.) We can of course investigate glass transition behaviour with particular efficiency using these technologies. Instrumentation; We manufacture the following instruments; identiPol This is a low cost, powerful instrument that can provide a powerful assessment of the quality of thermoplastic feedstock, either virgin or recycled material. A typical test takes around 15 minutes and is based on DMTA/DTA technology but requiring minimal expert knowledge to operate in a factory environment. Humidity Generator Used as an attachment to DMTA and DETA equipment to extend the study and capabilities of these instruments in varying humidity environments. DETA The Dielectric Thermal Analyser can produce permittivity and relaxation studies on a wide range of materials.
